How to order

Ordering from Spindlewhorl is simple, safe and secure and you can order from us at any time day or night. When you find a product you like simply click on "BUY NOW" or "ADD TO BASKET" and you will see the item slide into your shopping basket on the left of your screen. You will also see that the postage has been calculate automatically so it's easy to keep track of how much you are spending. When you are ready to place your order click on "CHECK OUT" and you will see a summary of your order. You can make changes to your order at this point and you will be asked to provide the information that we need to send your parcel to you. 

Payment

Then when you're ready to place your order and pay click on "PayPal". The total amount of your order is again confirmed and when you click on "I CONFIRM MY ORDER" you will go to the PayPal website to safely and securely make your payment. You can use your credit or debit card to pay or if you have a PayPal account you can use that to pay. Please note that PayPal are the industry leaders in online payment transactions and they securely take care of the entire payment process. We do not at any time handle or even see your credit card data.

Confirmation

When you have made your payment you will be automatically returned to our website and you will receive an email confirmation of your order and we will swing into action and work our socks off to make sure that you get your lovely new things as quickly as possible.
